The Grangegorman Development Agency is looking for enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our existing team. We are recruiting for a number of vacancies and looking to set up panels for various roles. The individuals will need a recognised third level or professional qualification in the various disciplines with satisfactory relevant experience.   • Construction Management/Engineer/Architect

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the procurement of design and construction works for specific building projects, and ensuring the proper supervision of works to successful completion and handover of the building to the relevant end user.  The Project Coordinator may also be responsible for overarching aspects or themes relating to the successful delivery of the Grangegorman Project e.g. sustainability, car parking, transport and/or providing on-site support and monitoring as appropriate.

  • Communications Officer

    The role of the Communications Officer is to ensure that stakeholders are properly consulted with on all aspects of the project and to ensure that they are kept up to date with the development.  As the project moves into a new delivery phase we are looking for someone who can represent the Agency and maintain and improve on good working relationships with others, identify their needs and be receptive and responsive to their queries.  The GDA are looking for a candidate who will effectively network, build relationships and engage with people and to apply judgement and demonstrate flexibility in a challenging environment.

  • Assistant Engineer

    An Assistant Engineer with a degree or equivalent in a construction-related civil & building projects discipline is required to work alongside Project Coordinators.    You will work as part of a project based team, supporting them with responsibility for design and construction of projects and their delivery.
